There is a pc version, and I'm using it right now. I believe you can find it by googling Airptint Activator. Make sure you get the fix for getting it to work with ios 5, it was first written to work with ios 4, then 5 stopped it working, and then someone wrote a fix for it. There's a thread somewhere here on macrumors that has the links, but I don't have time now to look for it.
