When it screws up, it goes off, I hit snooze and it doesn't go off again until I unlock the phone. Then it suddenly goes off. It's definitely a bug, confirmed by my wife (and many others).
iPhone alarm issue
This has been happening to me alot lately and it only seems to occur when I receive text messages before the alarm is set to go off. I was really hoping to find a solution to this. Maybe something in the settings?

Happened to me for the first time yesterday and today. Yet an hour later my alarm goes off??? Something to do with the clocks going back? iOS has altered the clock but doesn't seemed to have altered the alarms as they are all going off an hour late.
It's all over twitter today so there must be a common reason.

Since yesterday my iPhone 4 which has an alarm that is set to go off every morning Monday to Friday won't sound the alarm. I have rebooted. I have deleted the alarm and set it up from scratch. Could this have something to do with the return from daylight savings time (which ended Sunday) ???
I have investigated some more:
This only seems to affect repeating alarms.
It affects an alarm that is set to repeat only on one day per week.
Nasty bug Apple should fix it ASAP!

I just realised I'm having that same problem too. My alarm is going off an hour later than I originally set it for!?!? What's the deal? Ive gone over the settings but everything is at it should be!?!?
Is it really an ios4.1 issue?
Maybe it's a date change issue?
My 3GS alarm didn't go off this morning (01/01/2011) and I KNOW I set it for an AM setting, and didn't have the side-button switched to mute. Has anyone at Apple actually found out why this is happening yet?
