They haven’t been so you are left to wonder what developers there even do at work. Each year, WWDC feels more like a concept video of what we could have by next June.

What? I don’t know the answer. I have no idea if Apple will trickle down AI features to “older devices”.

Apple should really push back iOS 18 by 3-6 months and take some time to get these features solid.

Why bother even releasing a half-finished iOS 18, just to keep an arbitrary schedule? Is there anyone actually clamouring for features that aren't related to Apple Intelligence?

It’s not a big deal at all. They will release three updates by December and everything will be there by December. People are making this way more negative than it needs to be. I’m excited and will wait for the releases. 🤷🏾‍♂️✌🏾

I meant it as in they won't :/ Even if part of it can run on older devices, I suspect they'll want to brand the whole thing as Apple Intelligence and just the 15 Pro and upwards get it. Then other iOS versions will mostly consist of updates to Apple Intelligence and device-specific features to drive sales because that's the way it is
