All Third-Party Apple Watch apps crash on watchOS 2.2 and iOS 9.3

I've recieved an Apple Watch to try out, and I've set it up and everything was fine, until I attempted to open third-party apps on the Apple Watch.

All apps either launch and crash immediately or they don't launch at all, and crash as they are loading.

Strange issue. Has anyone else experienced this and has a solution?

Depends whether it's just native apps. If so, check this thread where quite a few people have experienced a similar problem:

(the solution earlier in that thread which works for some people is to unsync all music from your iPhone, restart the devices, then sync the music back)
