Is there a specific program that you use for sleep monitoring? Maybe the sensors are a little too sensitive if a sleep monitoring program is used?

Without including sleep walking as a reason, I would say that moving around in your sleep (dreams) would trigger the stand hours.

Thanks for the reply.

I definitely don’t sleep walk - ha ha - so it’s most likely sleep movement generating a false trigger.

Still it shouldn’t be so sensitive that it mistakes sleep movement for standing. Especially as it’s only supposed to count if it’s for over 1 minute in an hour.

Unless I’m sleeping with my arms out like an old horror movie Egyptian Mummy, it’s poor that it’s triggered at all.

Oh and I use Sleeo Watch btw - I find it well featured and useful.

I've been sleepwalking since I was a kid, so it's always possible :) I'm never sure if it's a false positive when I have an hour during the night with a registered minute of standing.

compare it to your steps and HR. If it's a false positive, if a HR was recorded, it's probably low. If you really did get up and walk around a bit, you'd probably register some steps and an increased HR.
