Happy campers here. After getting it last night and syncing with iTunes, I played with it until 1am. Back up again and using it just about non stop from 7:30am and finally got the battery down to where it automatically shut off around 5pm. Less than two hours charged to 100% using my iPad charger.

Gotta say, I use wifi more than the 3G on FIOS 35/25 and I don't lose any bars in or around the home. Much better than the 3GS and I thought that was great.

I am totally impressed with this phone. No disappoints yet and if I do, I'll just mosey up to the Genius bar and get help.

Now I need to find a case and screen protector as the Apple store was sold out by the time I got my I4 last night. They haven't a clue as to when any bumper cases will be in stock especially the colors.

I love this thing! I just had my 1st FaceTime (Face chat? FaceTime chat? lol) and other issues be dammed! My reception issues went away when I got the bumper. Having a problem w/ the autolock but I think I can fix.

As I have posted in other threads here, i am a Verizon convert and so far, my wife and I are ecstatic.

Great phone - clear screen - really good photos for a cell phone. It is a cell phone and I think many people forget that. Facetime is great.

I am not near any big city, but have had 3G everywhere I have gone so far. The speed of this phone compared to my 1st gen Touch is fantastic - 3G and WiFi.

If it keeps working as it has for the last two days, I will have gotten my monies worth.

Mine has kept me up at night as well, but for different reasons. I have switched over from PC to MBP and converting my contacts and calendar are not quite as easy as I thought they would be. I dowloaded my contacts from gmail and then editted every on to make sure they would display the way I wanted them to. Also, my iTunes library backup was incomplete from the PC to Mac transfer, so who knows if I transferred everything (1000+ songs, so who cares-I own all the CDs anyway).

The only issue I am having is battery life. Fully charged at 6:30AM to 20% by 6PM. True, the coverage areas I travelled in were not so good, but my 3GS went through the same route and never dropped below 75%, even with phone calls. Maybe it will be better after a few charges-or after 4.01.:)

I use bluetooth, so I rarely 'hold' the phone-it sits in a leather case.

Your obviously not having reception issues so to say you have no complaints makes sense. If you go from full 3g bars then down to zero in matter of less than a minute just by holding a certain part of the phone you would come on here and bitch and moan as well. Besides my reception issues i have zero problems with the phone. No ones on here to complain about nothing, just cause yours is trouble free doesn't mean everyone elses phones are fine.

And just because a few people are having "problems" doesn't mean everyone else is either! My phone is perfect and is by far the best phone I have ever had!

Had the yellow spot problem but it dried up. Had the reception problem but I got a bumper. It works perfectly now and I love it.
