iPod touch Amazing drop story...

I dropped my iPod in the locker room after Swim Team Practice yesterday. It fell from the top locker. (About five feet)

I have the VERY THIN new 4G. It landed on hard tile flooring on it's back. I was freaking out, I've only had this thing since Christmas!!

I picked it up and looked at it. What I thought was a series of cracks was a handprint, what I thought was a scratch was a piece of dust.

I was so RELIEVED. Everything works fine, and I had a case on it.

This is my case, it works REALLY WELL.

Nice that the case protected it. Not so amazing. Try dropping it from the roof of the swim building if you can, then report back.

I don't think the iPod has that glass technology.

You would think so if you saw my case, it's a flimsy peice of silicone.

How great of your case are! I had saw so many iPod Touch 4 with broken screen.

My Son-in-Law was an Army ranger and he dropped his older Ipod from a helicopter from over 150 feet. They found it later and it still worked He even has a dent in it to prove it.
