Yeah, I've already went to the Apple store. 160 mile drive and had them replace my phone. It started with ALS then the bubble under the screen and then the screen became unresponsive.
GET THIS...The Apple Genius? LMAO told me I would not be allowed to return the phone if it had the same issues.
I laughed and told him you SHOW me in the buyer agreement where it stated that. He was like uh well uh hmm...
My visit to the Apple store was subpar to say the least and out of all the 50 employees just standing around BS'ing with their buddies I would say they've earned the title of APPLE IDIOTS.
I was always an iphone fan but now I'm starting to think I made a poor decision when I purchased the iPhone 5. I will be selling mine and returning to the 4S until they release the next model 5s or 6.
 
Fascinating....there seems to be something amiss with the geniuses these days. I've been hearing the same thing. Their attitude has shifted from being very helpful and cooperative to almost belligerent and annoying as hell.

I've noticed my screen in general at times being unresponsive as well. I already own an iPod Touch 4G so I know how it is suppose to feel. The touch is also running iOS 6, so I am not so sure that it is indeed an iOS issue. But who knows.

I think perhaps the Genius reps are now getting inundated with a lot of complaints and defects about Apple products that they're giving people a hard time. I think we all need to report them to Apple. Apple needs to be made aware what is going, especially now when many people are upset or frustrated with Apple over with iOS and maps.
