American wanting to move to England and work

doesn't the uk have anything akin to the rio grande we can swim across? :p i kid i kid. but seriously the student route is the only way to go. i know tons of russians, koreans, south americans etc that "attend" language schools in times square nyc for the student visa and then work cash jobs like stripping or bartending etc for cash. good luck
