Maybe if people would stop making in-app purchases, developers would stop exploiting the feature in their apps.
I can't remember the figure, but I read something insane about Candy Crush and the amount of revenue brought in from their in-app purchases. It was a STAGGERING total. I can only imagine, with over 600 million downloads in 2014, how much $$$ that amounted to for Rovio. People buy the in-app stuff because they think "oooh, only 99 cents...", they don't realize (or care) that they'll do that 10, 15, 20, 50 times throughout the life of them using the app. Just look at Candy Crush for proof of that.
