Actually, the 30W charges the MBA at full speed already, just so you know. In case a MBA is you higher wattage device, you could get the 30W and use that for everything.
I thought I read somewhere on this forum of the MBA able to charge higher than 30W but lower than the 60W?

I'll be buying two of the new 30w models to replace the two 20's I run now. One for my travel kit and one for my desk.
For folks complaining about lack of extra ports on the larger versions, give them time. Anker is really good about improving their devices every six months or so and the previous version of these do include multiple ports on the larger wattages.
And yes, all Anker products are UL Listed, with an 18 month warranty that Anker is top notch about honoring anytime there is an issue. I know from experience.

Wow it is hard to believe how small these chargers have become with this GaN tech. Although I would want travel adaptors for a laptop plug.

I wish the 2 stronger ones had 2 ports for charging two devices at once. When we are travelling and we both need to add some juice to our iPhones so "time is money".

Don’t know about Mopoint. I’ve been following their Kickstarter and indiegogo campaigns. There’s quite a lot of unhappy people on those threads.

They had some delivery issues on the 100W version. I ordered three and they are fine. I also ordered three of the 65W versions last year, no issue with delivery.

Buy direct from their website.

I have no skin in the game, but anyone that wants to travel with these should consider the travel adapter, Using a "universal travel adapter" is a non starter for me.

This is why I’m honestly not stoked about MagSafe coming back. Even though you lose the magnetic functionality, USB-C/Thunderbolt is so much more versatile. And one cable connects me to everything I need!

I was following it because I currently have a 4 port (2A,2C) and I really have no need for A anymore, so was looking for a replacement that focused more on C that would be more portable than my SuperPort. We’ll see how they handle their current situation. And, who knows, maybe someone else will come out with 4 port USB-C and delivers on time :)

I wonder why Anker upped their smallest USB-C charger to 30 watts. Maybe they know that the 2021 model iPhones now support 30 W USB-C to Lightning charging?

I about they know anything - but since they already have a 20 W model - a "new one" should be higher - now they have basically 20-65 covered in fairly good spaced gaps. Anker targets the Apple/Samsung Market - so its really just a way to cover all of the sizes at different product segments.

I just hope that the USB-C ports still do charging, so my travel setup can be a single USB-C cable and charger for everything because even my Satechi battery pack uses it - so I can carry 3 things to charge everything I own. A wall plug, a cable, and the Satechi Battery/Wireless Charger unit.

I have a work laptop that charges by USB-C and a non-USB-C proprietary port. That would be acceptable by me.

The Air comes with 30W I don't imagine it would benefit you much upgrading to 65W! I didn't really see any speed increase when I used my Macbook Pro's 60W charger on the Air.
There is no difference in charging speed because the charger and the laptop, per the usb pd protocol, negotiate a voltage and a current to get a certain amount of watts sent to your MacBook. The 60 watt charger has the capability to supply up to 20v and 3 Amps, but your MacBook Air will never request that much... Therefore, you will not see faster charging speeds on that deceive. But a MacBook pro owner could take advantage of the additional wattage under heavy load. if you use a usb tester, you can see how much juice your laptop is using on a second by second basis, and under light load it doesn’t use the full 60 watts (or 30 watts in your case).

I use a 100 watt charger with my MacBook Pro 13 inch, and the MacBook Pro never requests more than 60 watts. I use a different charger than the Apple charger because the third party charger is compatible with the newer version of usb-pd and can also charge Samsung phones at full speed, unlike the Apple charger.

Anyone have a link to these? I want to pre-order two of the 65W now. just keep them in my bags for iPad + MacBook

Personally, I've been using this to fast charge multiple devices simultaneously.

I ordered a handful of the 65W on 5/14 and they arrived on 5/20. Not bad for a non-amazon order.

I personally use the Mopoint 100W version with 3 USB-C and 1 USB-A. I rarely use the "A" port but it came in handy last trip for a friend that needed it for a headphone charger. I'm well kitted up for travel. I have several InCharge MAX cables, and I personally feel that there is no better "universal" cable made.

You can buy here: https://rollingsqua.re/products/incharge-x-max?variant=32727018111038

But.. they are fulfilling from their Indiegogo site in about two weeks, if not less. And they are 1/2 off there @19 USD

Mopoint is utter ****. I was in their 66 and 100W campaigns. They lied, they ship late, lie again and then the devices didn't work (3rd USB-C port on two of my 100W chargers).

Also these guys don't actually invent anything. It's all the same china-manufactured OEM-branding stuff. I bought three more from minix. They cost less and you can get them straight from amazon. They're literally the same thing as the 66W models but they only cost $31.41 after discount:
