Here's another I see. People who stop halfway in a lane to make a left turn instead of just moving all the way out of the lane or finding an alternate route. Here's an illustration of what i mean (the red car is stopped here waiting for tons of rush hour traffic to clear to make this left turn while in the meantime traffic is backing up behind them into the intersection 🙄):

Another one is people turning left from a street with a "landscaped" (grass) median who leave their tail end hanging in the traffic lane, while leaving a good 3 feet cushion at the front. Why don't people realize that they have a better sense of where the front of their vehicle is than where the back of it is?

This looks to be a poorly designed intersection, IMO. There should be a sign for the "northbound" lanes here not to block the intersection. That would allow the red car to turn when traffic isn't moving.

Well the problem is it's a long light and traffic is continuously moving. Were I in the red car's position, I would opt to stop halfway into the oncoming left turn lane while waiting vs. blocking the left lane. Given that choice, it's far safer.
