I wonder if that means they will show a little more of the picture tomorrow. then a little more on sunday and eventually the whole thing just before WWDC

Bingo. Assuming they actually have something from Apple that's under an NDA and aren't going to the trouble of making an iPhone box with a new graphic, etc.... why would they expose it all now with a few days left before WWDC? With all the hype that's gone on for the past few weeks (and more importantly, the last few days), there's no way anyone with this sort of inside info would just expose absolutely everything once they received it. By only giving us multiple teases, they're creating more and more hype and more website traffic for themselves.

The fact that they're not showing the entire thing does not prove it's automatically a fake. I'm honestly amazed at the clues people around here use as "solid proof" of something specific. It's absolutely mind boggling.

i think this might be real, i mean the icons have changed and the phone actually looks different. and the person who has this could just be messing with us and want to tease us, since he has it why would he want to share it....yes i know greedy.

Look how thing the iPhone box is, and it only seems like one is inside the box with random things holding it up...

I for one believe this to be a decent chance of being the promotional material Apple sent out to stores. Sure, it'd be real easy to fake at this point, but sometimes you just gotta believe :)

our brain is now filled with so much skepticism that even when Steve introduces the new iPhone on Monday, the crowd will be yelling out BS... they may even question if that's real Steve on the stage..

I want to believe... I really do.. so close to the real thing.

My thoughts exactly. If you're gonna open it and post it, you'd post the entire thing.

I disagree. I'd do exactly what he did. Just show a little bit. I'd be scared of getting sued but if I was a bit brave, show only a portion and hide most.

OK - now what's the green icon in the corner? SMS or ??
The one below looks like the weather app to me.

What they are saying word for word is:

What we know: There will be two colors, a internal GPS, and different models. Apple wants to make it's iPhone a object for all, like it did for it's iPod. The prices risks to go up !

More informations will be revealed tomorrow... Stay tuned !

Actually, it does not say the prices are likely to go up but that we are going to be surprised by the prices ! Anyway, I'm french and I never heard from this website, don't bother anymore...

I try, you know? :D

Now here's a buzz kill:

WWDC IS LESS THAN 2 DAYS AWAY. DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE THIS WEEKEND INSTEAD OF BROWSING THE FORUMS, YOU HIPPIE MAC FANS!!!

/sarcasm & hypocritical statement :p

"Takes out his MacBook and his iPhone. Grows his hair long!"

:apple: hippies forever :D

actually if you look at the original, with the sticker on the box, you can see the box is much bigger then the sticker. in this picture they are about almost the same width.

Well, here's what *I* think. I don't know Apple's standard practices, but...

If Apple was going to send a much-much-hyped product to someone in advance, and try to keep it secret, would they really put a big message on the outside of the box saying "DO NOT OPEN THIS BOX UNDER PENALTY OF NDA". I would think there would be a box inside a box. The outside box would be very plain, and the box inside would say, "OK, now don't open THIS box".

Having that big thing on the outside just seems to say "Hey, there's something really important in here" to people who would be carrying the package. If some unscrupulous driver got his hand on it, it could be gone. Like mailing an envelope saying "This is cash". The last time I mailed a check to someone, it never arrived. Hmmm...

I think I read somewhere that Apple use contracted delivery of which the delivery firm is also under the NDA. As they do with banners at Macworld. The people who put them put are under a strict NDA not to reveal the contents of the banner.

Apple has everything locked up nice and tight. After all the images we've seen, and even this one, we haven't seen iPhone 3G yet. This isn't it. This ISN'T it.

the icons from what we can see of that box appear to be arranged differently/different colours than what is currently on the iPhone box... just food for thought.

if u zoom in on ur browser u will notice that the "blue" icon is much closer to the edge of the phone than the rest of the apps as if it were PHOTOSHOPED:rolleyes:

The green and blue seem lined up but the one below doesn't.

1. Obviously it's all blurred
2. the 3rd icon might have black around it like the clock icon does.
