if you want to see more numbers, you can go to this japanese page. http://www.jma.go.jp/jp/quake/quake_local_index.html a friend in tokyo didn't mention it today, so i guess he missed it. but, a 7 is pretty big compared to all of the aftershocks (if you see the table). as for the reactors, it seems like they (and Fukushima prefecture) have been having nothing but bad news, but glad to hear they at least had no trouble from the earthquake.
Sorry, but if it's not an 8 or above, we ignore it. On a serious note, my wife and I felt it were we live which is Kanagawa prefecture. Shook the apartment a little -- about a 1 minute.
