am i the only one, or are there others the are tired of getting a new iTunes every month (so it seems)? Really? I know that apple probably does not read these, but how about hiring some people that can get it correct the first time? I just learn how to use the last version and here is a new one that works completely different. I say give it a rest already.

Whoops. Just realised I'm replying to a really old thread. Original post removed.

Apple got iTunes right in about 2011, or as right as they could.
It's been downhill since then.
At least they seem to be trying to re-simplify with the new versions now, but it's still too advertisy, pop music and sales driven. I doubt they'll ever step back from that cliff. Pop music sells, even though 99% is garbage. The other stuff only sells to people who actually like music, and there are not nearly as many as those.
Taylor Swift vs. Hildegard von Bingen is not a serious commercial competition, and never will be.
