Today I was really annoyed because I was in the middle of something and there was a thunder so we had a power outage for a few minutes. I'd like to buy a UPS for my computer (a MacBook Pro M3 Pro, so it doesn't consume much), two external displays 27" and 28", a Thunderbolt dock and a USB hub. Which UPS would you recommend that could keep these devices up for say 20 minutes while there is a power outage so I can finish what I am doing and/or shut down everything gracefully?

Did you take a look at these existing threads?
Around here, users usually recommend APC or CyberPower (me included).
Either add the power consuption of all devices from their respective datasheet or measure it yourself if possible.
CyberPower has a 'Runtime' tab at the bottom of the page for each model so you can get a feeling how long each UPS can power your devices depending on the load.
Models with a USB-port can usually automatically hibernate or gracefully shut down the Mac during a power outage after a given time.
