We had no movement on our order until last night when my husband's watch moved to 'preparing to ship'. He received a shipping notice around 12 noon today meanwhile mine was stuck. Then around 4pm mine finally changed to 'preparing to ship' and within 30 mins we had my shipping notice. Things can change and update quickly so fingers crossed they will for your order too! Just checked my tracking # - coming from OH & due 9/28.

At this point I'm going to place an order with B&H and just return the Best Buy Watch when B&H finally gets here.
I'm hoping that I'll get an update tonight. Should have purchased it at the Apple Store when I had the chance.
Mine went to shipped earlier today around noon but wasn't picked up in California until 5pst, still no update on delivery date.. real annoying.
Probably also depends on your watch model and combo.

No status update from Best Buy so it's looking like I won't be getting my Apple Watch on the 28th.
Ordered 9/12 and I'm also stuck on preparing for shipment since Friday. At this point might as well cancel this bestbuy crap and order from B&H tax free (California)
Well my SBSS SB is just sitting in Maumee, Ohio even though it shipped yesterday. I guess they're really enforcing this 9/28 delivery.

I ordered the 48 Gold aluminum 1 am on the 9th and still at preparing for shipment since last thursday. Has anyone had their Aluminum series 2 ship or receive yet?
Mine shipped last Saturday morning and made it to Georgia this morning. Although received delivery notification for Wednesday from UPS so won't be here before the 28th unfortunately. I will get to play with it when I get back in town Friday hopefully.
So unless they ship it out today and overnight it Best Buy missed the 28th promised delivery date... ugh
I just called and they are unwilling to give any additional information past "Preparing for shipment means the warehouse has your order and when it's shipped you'll receive a confirmation".
Another lady I talked to before that said the same but the item is backordered and when pressed about how this could be and why I didn't receive notification, the call was dropped...
I'm not sure their how their order processing goes; either a ton of people ordered before I did at 1am PST or the model I want is extremely low stock -- 42mm Aluminum Gold Cocoa Sport band. Regardless if I don't receive it or it doesn't ship tomorrow I'm going to call and demand to talk to someone that knows more.

Called BB, they told me my order is still at their warehouse awaiting UPS pick-up. :|
It's due to arrive tomorrow and I was told that. However, they aren't sure which warehouse my order is at... if it's arriving tomorrow, I hope it's a warehouse close to my place.

Scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Currently on UPS ground en route from California. Im hopeful it will arrive on the scheduled time. Gotta wait an extra day as I'm in college away from my home and I don't want to ship it here. Another day of waiting is fine for me
I didn't order apple care. But you have 30 days post purchase to add it. I plan on doing it after.
it's 60 days now. I did purchase it when i bought my watch last week. best buy says it's "active" but i put my serial number on apple's website to check and doesn't say it's covered.
already have, it say's it's eligible but should show covered since i bought it when i bought the watch. never got a confirmation email with a registration number for it.
