I was curious to how accurate their shipping and in store pick up times were...I mean I was afraid that if I ordered last week I wouldn't get my watch when they say...right now they show I can pick up on Thursday...Apple stores around me show stock on November 7th. I guess I should trust Best Buy!
Just thought I'd post this slightly off topic item here. I did get my watch from BB so it is not completely off topic. So after having it for a few days I wanted to let you know that the battery life for me has been great! I charged it Friday night to Saturday morning and didn't have to charge it again until Sunday night to Monday morning. So I am happy with 2 days of use out of the watch.
So bb estimated delivery times can be confirmed as correct, cause I canceled my Verizon order for Best Buy, I truly hope so
Got my wife one 38mm s2 at bb last week using ship to store, arrived a day early. I ordered my 42mm s2 over the weekend for store pick up and I get it tomorrow, a day earlier than quoted also. What's funny as I was looking at accessories and a bb employee was bothering me so I ask when the s2 would be available in stores, he told me they wouldn't be released till 2017 and he got that info from Apple. My wife was standing there wearing hers lol.
My previous order shipped in 6 hours after placing online order. Shipping still says not updated
Been waiting this whole time for the series 2 rose gold 42mm to come in stock then all of sudden it moves to sold out online. It was never in stock!
For those of you in Southern California...42mm SBSS with Sports Band available for same-day pickup at Tustin, CA
Even though it says sold out online - I went in store and asked for an OMS order. They were able to process my orders and could even tell me if any watches were in shipping transit destined for their store stock (trucks on Tuesday and Friday).
Ended up ordering a 42mm Gold S2 on Thursday, and was delivered Monday. Their shipping estimate for a 38mm Rose Gold was November 2, but they found an Open Box one at another BB in town and had them put my name on it. Perfect shape and saved $30 bucks.

I went to my local Best Buy on Sept 28th because thats when they said they'd get them in store. I was hunting a Series 2 42mm SS SB. They didn't receive any series 2 at all. I was armed with a Best Buy gift card for trading them my old iPhone & a bunch of reward certificates, so Best Buy was definitely where I planned on getting my watch from.
I went ahead and ordered from their website on Sept 28th, despite it saying backordered with an estimated arrival of Nov 4th or 5th.
I received a shipping notification yesterday and its actually out for delivery as of this morning. I'm pretty excited.

I ordered my S2 SS SB watch through the BB website. The order was placed last Wednesday evening at about 8pm PDT, and my watch was delivered last Saturday (3 days later) by the USPS.
just ordered the s2 space gray aluminum with the black woven band ... says it will be delivered on saturday 10/8.
I wanted the black sports band, but that delivery date wasn't until 11/8.
lets see if it shows up saturday...
EDIT: LOL well as soon as I submitted the order I got an email saying the order has been delayed and it will be delivered by 10/26.... so I guess 10/8 was too good to be true... anyone else experience this?

Same here. I ordered the AWS2 Gold/Concrete 38mm and said that it would arrive 10/7 then got an email that it has been delayed to 10/27. The other order right before for a AWS2 Silver/White for pick up in store on 10/7 is still pending.
how are you guys getting them in a few days? I want the 42mm space gray aluminum....

the 38mm is the one that was supposed to be delayed to 10/27 but the order status changed to preparing. the 42mm is still on order received.
I ordered a 32 mm space gray aluminum for the wife and the bigger one in space black stainless steel for myself one was ready for pick up today when I bought it and the other one wasn't supposed to ship until November but both have changed to preparing.
FWIW....i was just told by bestbuy that if the status is "preparing" then it is in stock...
if it stays at "processing" then it is not in stock...

I just received my tracking number, so it looks like the email I got saying the order was delayed was wrong...
