One pound of body weight is equal to approximately 3 500 calories. To gain one pound, you need to eat 3 500 calories, and to lose one pound, you need to burn or cut 3 500 calories. To lose one pound per week, you need to burn or cut 500 calories per day (you eat probably around 2 700ish for your weight).

Jog at a sustained pace for 30 minutes every day. If you drink soda, juice, or milk, drink two less glasses per day (drink water instead). That'll lose you about one pound per week. Double it up for twice the result.

hehe , sorry I was a bit ott there , I apologize ( touchy subject for me ) as for "fat ass " I can assure you I am 6 ft and 2 inch tall and weigh 12 stone exactly ta very much

the only sores on my ass is from when my wife bites it to hard :D
 
i am wondering what snack foods do you eat? i go to the store and get a brain fart and just get some chicken and vegies for dinner thats it. I saw someone said eat a bunch of times a day, i get that but how much is a little and what kind of foods do you eat? i have cut out fast food and went to coke zero, but what kind of healthy snack foods do you all suggest.
 
Sorry folks, but between the personal attacks, "helpful" advice, and the fact the OP is taking a break for a while this thread needs to go away.
