Got a spigen tpu case for my plus but it has started yellowing just a bit already. I have the silver so it's noticable. I guess for the gold it won't be.

Anyone have an idea for the above cases and yellowing?

Mine started yellowing too which is plastic normal reaction. Every now and then I clean it with a Magic Eraser and bring it back to nice clear clean shine.

I bought a Belkin clear case for my parents around the same time I got my Spigen cases. The Belkin case shows a lot more wear and tear. In fact some debris got behind the case and scratched the phone. I haven't seen any scratches on my iPhone using all of the SPigen cases. I think a win especially at the price.

I have the Casemate glam case with the glitter see-through back so you can still see the gold. I love it. I dropped my phone once (actually hit it and it flew off a table onto a hard tile floor) and no damage to the case or phone.

Insignia clear case is awesome, only $14.99 and I already dropped my phone face down on the ground with it on...nothing happened. Perfect condition. Great buy.

I got one of the Spigen Thin Fit Crystal Clear:

I got it from Amazon UK, when it cropped up for 5p! :D

Recently I bought the spigen ultra hybrid for my girlfriend.
It's really good choice.
good quality and good looking with clear back.
It does really match with the iPhone 6.

Power support air jacket. Best clear case on the market and it's not even close.

This may be true but what are you rating this against because honestly I have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Clear (which I tossed because the buttons are so hard to push), the Ringke Fusion Clear, the i-Blason clear and all are really the same except the Ringke is the best of those 3 because it has simple to push buttons (very much unlike the Spigen) and has dust caps.

I think I am like the original poster in that I don't need more cases just like them - I and I think the original poster or still wanting clear but maybe tougher. I want more of a lip then any of the three above and any I have seen on all these sites and I don't want a 2-piece case with a snap on front because I just think those affect the touch of the screen.

I looked at the Power Support air and it does not appear, by what I can tell by a picture, to have any more of a lip then any of the above. Does it?? Can you tell me why you find it the best over all these?

Don't mean to be blunt but I keep buying these cases that everyone says is the best but really they have ended up being all the same - same materials, made the same way, same LIP. Now, I do like the Ringke out of the ones I have purchased so far because the buttons are much better and it has the dust caps (which I don't have to have). I kind of do like the covered buttons though, which this one does not appear to have, but maybe I can live with that too. But the Ringke, even though I like it best so far, doesn't have any more lip then the rest and really mostly the same materials - maybe designed a little better.

Are any of these, or even the Power Support air, really any more rugged then all the above - with more strength and/or protection and more of a protective lip???

There is one more clear I ordered lol, but it hasn't come in yet and it was also hard to fine because I think it ships from England or such. A lady that did a youtube review of the iphone 6 plus gold had it on her new phone. It is not the hard back with the softer sides but more like a gel case so I decide to order it to see what it is like with a little different material but still clear. They call it frost but she said in her review it is clear. It is the Encase FlexiShield iPhone 6 Plus Gel Case.

Well, I just looked and before they only had what they called a frost (which the review about said is basically clear) but now I see they have a 100% clear. That is what I wanted but oh well. Anyway, the link to it is below but I have no idea how it is either.

is the ringke one and the i-blason the same thinness?

I tried on the Case Mate Naked Tough today.

http://www.case-mate.com/iPhone-6-Plus-Cases/Case-Mate-iPhone-6-Plus-Naked-Tough-Cases.asp

I was surprised by the quality. The buttons are chrome and it is basically a bumper for the inner TPU layer and the hard plastic shell is clear. I am guessing it would scratch but it was a classy looking clear case. Many of the clear cases I have seen look cheap and also yellow over time. This probably wouldn't do that. Ultimately I decided to go with an Incipio NGP but this would be my choice for a clear case.

I have the Naked Tough. I've had it on since launch day. Only a couple small scratches on it. It's been a good case so far. Very little lint/hairs or particles get under the case. I'd recommend it!

Powersupport Air Jacket. I have been using one since the iPhone 4S and this year's version (iPhone 6 4.7") fits like a champ!

Luvvitt's clear TPU case on Amazon is boss.

My wife had it on her 5S and now on her 6. She dropped the 5S several times and never had a scratch or dent.

It's soft plastic to so it can take the beating. She has it on the 6 and I think they majorly improved the quality from the 5 to the 6.

You can get one on amazon for fairly cheap.

How are the sides of the case? Is it a loose fit that easily "separates" from the phone by rubbing your thumb over the edge of the phone?

I have a gold IP6 and am also still searching for the "perfect" clear case. Here's what I've tried so far:
1. Spigen Ultra Hybrid Clear Case - Bought from amazon and returned within 24 hrs of trying it on. Case was too loose on the sides and the buttons were too difficult to push.

2. Luvvitt Ultra Hybrid Clear View Case (current) - Also bought from Amazon. Loose on one side. "Crackles" every time I grip the iPhone. Not sure if this is a keeper.

Suggestions on other brands? Looking for a snug clear case without any loose-ness. Thanks!

So have you checked out the Power Support Air Jacket? Looks like it might fit the bill..

The case is solid. The phone almost snaps in place. And no I cant move it easily with my thumb

is the ringke one and the i-blason the same thinness?

Yeah, similar. Both have what they call protective corners I believe or I know the Ringke does. I personally think the Ringke has little design choices that make it better then the i-Blason IMO. The i-Blason just seems a little more ordinary then the Ringke to me.

EDIT: I am definitely wrong on the above part about the thinness. I finally got out the i-Blason and put it side by side to a second Ringke I purchased for some one, that is not yet on a phone, and the i-Blason is definitely thinner and "cheaper" made then the Ringke. I had never noticed that but it is "bulkier" then the i-Blason and that is what I want also lol. Yikes I had never noticed that since I was trying to compare to one on my phone. If you want it thinner, then yes the i-Blason is thinner but I don't want it thinner lol.

Probably because most all these clear cases have a hard back but have TPU (more soft rubbery material) sides so that probably is what you are pulling back. You may need a all hard case to get what you want. If the Power Supply one is all hard, you might want to try it. (But I was thinking they were saying the entire case was flexible this year??).

I don't notice any crackle sounds or that it pulls back on the Ringke but then again I never noticed it on the Spigen either. I just hated the Spigen because the buttons were so so hard to push. Once that was solved with the Ringke, I stopped trying. Do I wish it had more lip, yes. It has about the same as the Spigen but oh well.

For me the Ringke has been more perfect then all the clear cases I have found so far. I just don't know if any with the more rubbery sides will fit the bill for you. But would I change if a more perfect one materialized, of course. The only way it will be more perfect for me is if it is slightly tougher (while still being clear) and a little more of a lip.
