Any guys getting the Gold iPhone Xs Max? I currently have the iPhone X in Silver, I think the gold looks cool, but at the same time I feel like it’s more like a girl color phone? Of course nothing wrong with that, I just wish I could see it in person so I can make up my mind! I also like the SG, but I’ve heard of the stainless steel coating peeling off.

color doesn't define gender... you get what you like. If they still sold purple cars I would get one. I was planning to get the gold or the silver but I put it on a case and you would never see it anyways.

I never am one for the whole "girl color phone vs guy color phone" thing or discussion as we are all individuals and you do you!

With that being said, i have ALWAYS had space gray in all my phones due to the white facing front chins even though I enjoyed the silver and gold look of the previous phones.

This year with the front colors not being a factor, I am highly considering the Gold XS Max as it looks freakin fantastic. Though its true representation may not be accurate in videos, it does look very good.

I am wondering if the 8Plus glass black gold is a similar color.

I am guy and I am leaning towards getting the Gold Xs Max. Personally, I think Gold is a very nice color. For instance, if you saw a guy with a gold rolex, would say that is feminine?

Gold is too fake looking. You can't polish out any scratches like with the silver one.

I can only speak for my phone, obviously, but nothing's peeled off. It looks pristine and is without a single scratch or dent anywhere, including the sides (space gray iPhone X).

I owned a gold 7 Plus. It wasn't my first choice but it was all the local stores had at the time. I ended up liking it quite a bit though you couldn't see much of it with the case on. Sold it quite quickly.

Go into any luxury watch store and at least half of the male watches are gold. Get what you want and DGAF about what others think.
