Can't seem to find out, if there are any third-party-apps that take full advantage of the 120hz display on the iPad Pro?

Of course the Apple apps do, like the Maps app etc... But I would love to game at 120 FPS, wouldn't you?

Would games not aim for something lower? ie they’ll use the GPU power to make each frame more complex than simply target a high FPS.

If your playing a game generally it’ll be around 60fps in iOS. If it’s a fast moving scene the display will output at 120hz showing a single frame twice giving a smooth look. Does that make sense??

Try iTunes movies 1080P (12.9 pros download 1080p only) and you will see this palpable. Or read the mags/books of your subscriptions through its apps.

Should have been more specific - are there any games that does raw 120FPS on the iPad? (No 60fps with same image shown twice )
