i just ordered this case/pouch earlier this week - hope to get it next week. From what ive been able to find, after some break in and stretching, it'll hold 3+ cards plus some cash- perfect for my needs.

are you stateside or outside of usa? im very interested in this pouch, $50 seems steep for something with no reviews tho.

I'm in the US.

I agree, $50 is a lot for a case but I looked around quite a bit and this was really the only thing that really caught my attn. I really wanted somthing thing enough that I can easly carry I my pocket.

im seeing it can hold 3 cards and go upto 6 cards.. i figure i can hold my driver, 2 debit cards, sams club membership and my cpr card (which is basically a business card thickness) without stretching the leather too much. im very very close to ordering this over the sena walletbook simply for its size and sleek look. when exactly did you order yours? i also cant find any information as far as 1yr warranty.. or anything on the leather/stiching

i dont carry any cash on me at all, if i do its maybe 1 single 20 dollar bill.. thats it. so this deff looks like a GREAT solution for me as im a nursing student.

edit;

i did find a few reviews.. seems praise so far..

I ordered it late Tuesday (after 10pm). I got a notice sometime Thursday that said it had been 'dispatched'. I assume that means it's been, or about to be, picked up and shipped. No real idea how long it will take to get here though.

About the only information I could find outside their site was a discussion on some other devices forum where this case happened to fit. They were all going on and on about how great it was etc.

Yup- those are all the ones I came across as well. I got the dark brown. I'm also hoping that my 3gs fits inside with the very thin back case I've got on it now. I'm using a cheap leather case right now that was fairly easily stretched such that it slides in/out without a fight.

I'll snap some pics when I get it and post them here for you.

The last thing I want to do is lose my phone AND all of my identification, credit cards, and cash.

Wallets and money clips do a much better of what they do without trying to be an iPhone case/holder too. Sometimes it is a good idea to combine functions. I don't see this as one those times.

umm if you are responsible you wont loose your wallet/phone..

i normally carry coach wallet so i spend some money on them.. and my phone was $ so i doubt ill loose it.

by the looks of it there is no way u can fit the phone in with a case on.. im assuming youve got either a air jacket or feather? i have a air jacket clear.. but im dropping it for a back shield (just need it to cover the apple) once i get this pouch

sigh.. neways probli going to order a black one tomorrow, shame they dont make white thatd be A+

Now that is funny. There are many "responsible" people that have lost wallets and phones.

I suppose "responsible" people never get in car wrecks either.....

The last time I lost my wallet, I was in elementary school LOL. Its not that hard to be "responsible" enough to make sure your wallet or your keys are still in your pocket. Getting killed in a car accident and losing your wallet are 2 very different things...

im sure he will have some other smartass remark, juding by his other posts seems like he thinks very highly of himself and loves attempting to put down others.

Again, there are many "responsible" people that have lost wallets and phones. The car accident point is to show that bad things happens to "responsible" people.

Or are you suggesting that everyone that has ever lost a phone, wallet, watch, etc., are "irresponsible" people?

All I did was express an opinion as to why I did not like the combo idea. I didn't knock anyone or criticize anyone. Then you came in and basically said that you have to be irresponsible to lose a wallet or phone. I argued that losing a wallet or phone does not necessarily make one irresponsible. Now you tell me to go play in traffic. You are the one with the issues here, not me. You want a combo wallet/iPhone case? Great. I didn't say you shouldn't get one. Do what you want.

Jeez...

problem solved

Are there any Iphone cases out there that also doubles as a wallet? I plan to take my iphone everywhere just like my wallet but i want to reduce the bulk by having the case serve a double function. Does anyone know?

I got the Ikonic Edge w/pocket in the mail on Monday (pretty fast given that it came from NZ and I ordered it late last Tuesday night).

I've snapped a couple pics- need to load them to imageshack though - i'll edit this post with them after while.

Overall, it is very well made and seems very durable. I've been stretching it for the last couple days as I plan to continue using the thin back cover I've got on the phone now. The great thing about leather is that it does stretch over time.

It's smaller than I expected. This is mainly because the side and bottom stitching is on the inside vs outside like the cheap one I've been using.

Okay- here are a bunch of pictures. I took them with the iPhone and loaded them to ImageShack using the new ImgShack app- which is very cool but does not seem to have a setting that enables you to resize the image upon upload like the desktop version. As such, the pictures are very large- so I used the thumbnail approach.
