I'm having a hard time getting music to sync to the watch. It says "Sync Pending", even when the Apple Watch is connected to a charger. It worked at first, but now it's being stubborn.

They should find a better way to handle this.

Yep. After 2-3hrs mine hadn't synced 47 songs so i gave up. Utter crap, i'd just avoid it for now.

Finally got it to work, but I had to keep adding/removing the watch from its charger. It's a buggy mess :(

It was 1 2 3 for me. are you sue the watch was charging? did it have the green charge icon on?

Took me about 5 minutes to get to 85%. But then I had to unplug and head out.

It does have to download songs to iPhone first, if your music is in the cloud. That likely accounts for some delay. Although my entire playlist is in the cloud and it wasn't taking that long...

My playlist is 44 songs and 260 MB in size. Took no more than 5 minutes. I'm sure that the faster speeds reported here are normal and those with really slow speeds have some problem somewhere. Could be a slow internet connection and songs in the cloud, or some software setup problem or maybe a hardware problem that needs checking out by Apple.

I had the same problem. It's buggy right now. I'm going to erase everything and try a longer playlist. To see if I can figure out what's going on.

Are your songs already on the phone? or are they in the cloud in iTunes Match or iTunes in the Cloud? If in the cloud, then it has to download them to your phone, then phone to watch, this is what causes most of the delay.

Synced my 52 song gym mix and it literally took like 10 minutes. Both phone and watch were plugged in.

It worked for me, but it was ridiculously slow. Took over half an hour to sync less than 100 songs!

The device has these microscopic perforations in it that the music has to squeeze through. I suspect after several syncings, it'll ease up a bit. In the meantime, give it a bit of lube. :p

I synced a 125 song playlist. But it took well over 2 hours. In fact I'm not sure how long it took as I ended up going to bed when it was about 87%. I checked and make sure all the songs were downloaded after it was sitting at 47% and it had been 90 mins. That wasn't the problem because it took another hour to get to 87%. Then I gave up waiting and went to bed. The sync was completed by the time I woke up this am though.

It must use the extra tiny wifi tubes /s
