Any Modern Buckle Progress? Charges,preparing for shipment?

Yaaaaasssss!!!! I'm a dude and I've ordered the modern buckle in brown. I agree with everyone that's it's a relatively thin strap (not sure how it's worth AUD $339 on its own) but it all comes to down to personal preference. If you like it, you should get it #
That has never been explicitly stated by apple. This is an assumption based on the fact that most people believe the 38mm size watch is for women and therefore the modern buckle is for women because it's only available in 38mm. This is a bit of a lame assumption though as some men have smaller wrists and some women have larger wrists so they can wear the 42mm size watch. It's all just personal preference.
I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, but if I had to pick which of the bands are feminine, I'd pick the Milanese Loop, as it resembles a lot of women's jewelry. I think the modern buckle is unisex
Whose feelings are you hurting? Everyone has the right to their opinion. I feel exactly the opposite of you.
Actually, for those familiar with watchmaking, bands like the Milanese have always been positioned as male-oriented.
Not that it matters, you should wear what you want, not what society tells you you should.
You can still order one with the watch. The black says 4-6 weeks, navy and brown say June, pink says July. THAT's a bad sign for those who ordered pink. Like me. *sob*
I really wouldn't worry about the time frames given. Look at launch and what happened. They literally are rolling it out band by band so when some modern buckles are avalible all colours hopefully will be as believe it or not some people actually have the pink for a 12th may delivery window. Hang in there! I'm waiting on my brown but I'm going to be exchanging it for the pink
There is no evidence of Apple missing delivery windows so far if I'm not mistaken.

I like the brown and midnight blue ones best.
The black is rather ordinary and the pink is so pale it is bound to pink up dirt and stains. I wish the pink was more like the rose gray of the Edition watch band.
Agreed but they promised that if they were to stain, applecare will be able to sort that out
