Any news on NYC Apple store lines?

Yelloe 5c delivers today. If I don't like it, I'll be at 14th and 9th at 6 AM tomorrow morning to look for Space Grey.

I want a space gray 64 GB by the way. I think the gold is gaudy and all around hideous.

Forest hills ATT and verizon stores had like 30 people in line
 
Did you call and ask how stock is? Usually they're pretty good about answering if there is staff available.
 
I don't want to buy the phone I just want to hold it :rolleyes: Do they have new (5S) on display at Grand Central Apple Store? is it possible to get there or too many people?
 
I'm in line at grand central. They only have space gray phones left. They sold out of 16gb AT&T space gray but have all the other sizes.

I looked in their little box of tickets and when I glanced in I still saw hundreds of tickets left so if they do sell out completely I assume it will take at least a few hours.

Also, the apple rep back here said they are opening the store soon for people not buying iPhones. So if you just want to go hold one it sounds like it isn't open yet (we are standing way off in one of the passage tunnels though so not sure how good his info is)

They only have space gray left for ATT or for all carriers? Please only answer if you are certain.

Made some calls. Basically all soldout except Space Grey in high capacity models (32 &64GB)

The struggle is real.
 
They are sold out of gold and silver for all carriers here. They only have space gray. The staff have been walking around pointing at picture of the space gray one and yelling that it is the only one available. People next to me who wanted the silver talked to the apple staff then got out of line and left.

So yeah definitely only space gray left. Supplies may have dropped since I last posted, there is an impressive number of people in line behind me.

Thanks for the update, was thinking of walking over myself. Is the line moving relatively quickly?

Seems like space gray only and sold out completely for AT&T
