A very small part of me wants to update to 5.1 to help deal with some of the bugs... but not enough to lose my jailbreak. Not that I use many jalibreak features. Just tethering, 3g unrestrictor, and SBSettings.

I love having activator installed for swiping the status bar instead of double pressing the home button. I don't want to end up with a bad home button from over using it as many have. I also like having time stamps on each of my text messages as well. For those reasons, I'll remain jailbroken.
