Any prediction when iPhone 7 Plus be IN STOCK?

Not 100% sure on this but -

Is your AT&T 6 plus unlocked? If so, you can just walk into a Verizon store, get a sim and get the phone activated on a new plan. Once your established on Verizon, you should then be able to upgrade the line through the iPhone Upgrade Program.

I actually had to something similar, ironically going from Verizon to ATT. At the Apple Store I was unable to transfer carriers because Apple can only do upgrades on the same carrier. The only option was to buy the phone at full retail. Luckily there was an ATT carrier store near by. I setup a new plan, added my Verizon phone as bring your own device, popped in an ATT sim and I was good to go. I was then able to seamlessly upgrade my line at the Apple Store.

Most of the days there are no iPhone 7 Plus models at all. And if there are it's usually one particular GB and one particular color and one particular carrier. mostly rose gold or gold

I'm hoping one day I'll see a a Verizon Matte Black iPhone 7 Plus 128GB Or 256GB. Coming from a 64GB I'd be happy with either one whichever comes available first.

My Apple Store now is fully stocked up with all iPhone 7 models including all Jet Black models.

So my question:

"Can anyone give me some idea when iPhone 7 Plus models will be fully stocked at the Apple Store or at least show up to be reserved?"

Luckily I'm not already on their upgrade program. So, I should be ok switching carriers and getting the Apple Upgrade Program

The Apple Stores should have the iPhone 7 and 7+ readily available right after Thanksgiving; most definitely in December. I'm basing this timeline on when I purchase my previous iPhones. It's a long wait, but that's the reality of acquiring in-store.

Agreed. If the store has stock, they will price Match.
 
Every day this week I've seen all models and colors available on iStocknow for at least the whole first hour of the stores being open, so u should be able to reserve via IUP link
 
I know there was some people here in south Florida. Dadeland, Falls have 7 plus jet black 256 at&t available as of right now
 
I was able to get a 256GB Jet Black today from my carrier's store. The nearest Apple Store doesn't seem to have them though.
 
Black Friday for sure we should be fine.

Apple is a multi-billion dollar company. They know what they are doing and will make sure to have the highly anticipated 7 Plus in stock for the holiday season.

My opinion: this is how they really stretch demand and financial growth for all of Q4.
