i see transcend only supports upto 10,2 on the rMBP which is early 2013. to anyones knowledge has any company put out ones for 11,1 which is late 13s?

Nope. The late-2013 ones use a proprietary PCIe interface. Not even PCIe SSDs in the market (like the XP941) will fit into the late-2013 ones, because Apple uses a proprietary non-NGFF/M.2 blade design for their PCIe drives.
 
Not yet due to the PCIe interface. I wonder if we'll ever see any.
 
alright. thanks for the info. i got the sandisk 256gb drive :\ but speeds seem good so far. paid $1104 after tax for the 256/8gb setup so guess i cant complain
 
Thanks to OWC, we're now i upgrade heaven! They now have PCI-e drives up to 2 TB for all the rMBP models. Only catch is to get the higher speed Aura Pro upgrades (the only line with 2 TB drives), you have to upgrade to High Sierra. It's apparently a firmware thing...
