anybody found a good sleeve case for MBPR yet

I was going to purchase a case from them for my MBPR too but realized it might too big.. Did you try the case with your MBPR yet?

I did, and I am using it, but in all honesty it's a little too loose for the retina.

I use the Tom Bihn Cache sleeve for my 13" rMBP. It's nice, though it takes a little breaking in before it's easy to remove the rMBP from the sleeve. It's almost too form fitting. I had a Tucano Second Skin for my MacBook Air, but they don't make a version for the 13" rMBP.
