I have all three, and I can honestly say that I use all of them each and every day. It is the best technology trio out there in my opinion. :apple:

27" iMac, Macbook Pro, 64 Gig iPad, iPhone 4, 64 Gig iPod Touch, 2 iPod Classics, 2 iPod Nanos, 3 iPods. Use them all. Most every day.

OH god yes, I have all three, and then some. LOL. When traveling for work, I have to bring my big bulky HP laptop, so brining my MBP was always a pain, as getting on a plane with two laptops is a pain in the ass, not to mention heavy. So now I just travel with my iPad. No longer need to bring two laptops, and since the iPad is not considered a laptop, I don't even have to bring it out of the bag to scan. LOVE traveling with the iPad. Made life a little bit easier.

I wrote this in Summer 2010 and it still applies...

MacBook Pro 13″ (Mid 2010) – I do a lot of traveling, not just flying around the US, flying around the world, but I also commute for my work daily. About a year ago, I had the MacBook Pro 15″ as a stay at home notebook, and an HP DV1030 11″ notebook to take on the road. Turns out that every time I was traveling, I would miss my Mac. When I tried taking the Mac with me traveling, I would miss the DV1030’s portability.

In this crazy economy and in an effort to save space, it made a lot of sense to consolidate both of those notebooks down to the new Macbook Pro 13″ and it was one of the best decisions I have made. The build quality, portability/weight, 7-10 hour battery life, and hardware has made my most favorite notebooks I have ever owned. I take it with me for work in sending e-mails, writing, creating presentations, pulling up reports, and managing a large sales force throughout California.

At home, it’s my main computer in streaming media, managing my photos and to watch movies on. It can also handle a lot of the new games that are out such as StarCraft II as well as a bunch of emulators to play a lot of my classic arcade titles on. Although it only sports an aging Core 2 Duo processor, it can definitely last for another few years… or at least until Apple puts at least an i3 or i5 into this thing!

iPhone 4 32GB - Just about everything that I do on my Mac, I do on my iPhone when I don’t have it with me. A lot of the apps that are available on the iPhone these days can substitute and are very close to replacing the functions of a computer. I use the iPhone to send off quick e-mails, update reports, and stay in touch with my staff when I’m working. The iPhone 4 also provides a lot of entertainment with all the apps available for it with games such as Angry Birds and it functions very well as a media player. I also use this for day to day things such as an alarm clock, a navigation device, calendar, etc. It also takes great photos and videos as well so when I don’t have my camera with me, it comes in extremely handy.

I also have this thing Jailbroken so I use it as a hotspot when I need to and I can watch anime anywhere, anytime without WiFi using the My3G app! In short, this does about everything. I could go on and on about the functions, features, design, and how crappy AT&T’s network can get but that’s been mentioned on thousands of reviews all over the internet.

iPad 32GB - OMG another Apple device! I think I really am a fanboy! I got rid of the netbook because it sucked and wasn’t as practical as I thought it would be. The iPad however, does just about everything a netbook could do and surprisingly better. I have the iPad on my nightstand to surf the web and read the news in bed. I used to use my notebook and netbook to do that but it was awkward and cumbersome. I also use the app Stream to Me to watch all my downloaded media such as movies and anime on the iPad. I love how it supports just about all video formats from Xvid to MKVs with subtitles! On weekday mornings, I use the iPad to take to the dining table to send off e-mails while I’m eating breakfast. This is also great to take on the plane as well especially with the great battery life to read eBooks and magazines. Plus the fact that it weighs about a 1lb and it’s very thin, I can toss it into a notebook bag or backpack to take anywhere.

MacBook Pro for work or heavy usage. Ipad for coffee table or in bed. iPhone everywhere else.

All three here too, as evidenced from my sig.
However, in my case, I won the ipad in a raffle. I hadn't planned on getting the ipad. Nonetheless, it's proved useful for watching movies and book reading; it'll be useful to bring on vacations, instead of lugging my heavy MBP.

I have all three plus an iPod Touch. The MacBook rarely leaves my room; the iPad rarely leaves my house; the iPhone rarely leaves my pocket; and my iPod Touch rarely gets used anymore.

Same here.

I'll use my iPod Touch if I am working around the house and I am concerning I might damage my phone or something but for the most part I use my iPhone 80% of the time.

Yes, I have all 3 also. I sold my MacBook to get the iPad. Currently have iMac, iPad, iPhone 4. There is also another iPhone 4 and iPod touch in the house.

27" iMac, iPhone4 and iPad. Love them all very much. My iMac makes me smile every time I use it!
Actually they all do. Great combo.

I currently have all 3, but will be selling the iPad soon as the new one should be announced shortly and I will purchase it also. :)

All three here too. Love them all but agree that the iPad's a luxury for sure. I use my 15" MBP all the time but when I want to travel light, I just take the iPad.

I was even thinking of getting a MacBook Air and then leaving the MBP at home all the time but, with the iPad, I really don't think I need it.

I'm really just resisting the urge to buy a new Mac gadget!

All 3 here too!

MacBook is all for work and photo editing, and hooking up to my TV for Hulu and the like....stays at home or comes with me on travel while working. Not on pure leisure trips with friends or wifey!

iPad is on my hip at all times. Use it at work, during the day all day. Lots of Pages, Keynote, for my job. Love reading boosk on it too!

iPhone, it' where I tether from, my main phone device. It's always on me. Love gaming on it.

I love all 3. If anything I could cut the iPad out fo my life, but I'd be deeply depressed! :p

I have all three. I use all three. I don't think a day goes by where I don't use one of them (unless I'm traveling and don't bring my laptop or iPad with).

I have all 3 as well.

Because of work-related tasks and meetings with clients, I've found my iPad has been a really convenient as I don't have to lug my laptop to meetings and I can take notes on my iPad (with wireless keyboard). The 3G connectivity is big plus, too, as a lot of places I go to don't have Wi-Fi access, at least not free.

I still need to code (developer web and mobile apps) so I'll use my MacBook Pro (and Mac/PC desktops) for that.

And I need a phone so iPhone is handy. The fact that it has a camera, is big plus like for video chat or just being able to take pictures for use with various apps (like scanning bar codes, as an impromptu scanner, taking travel pictures, etc).

I've thought about which one I could let go, and while there is overlap, there is still unique things about each, that make it worthwhile to keep for me.

If I didn't code or do graphic design, then I'd probably could let the MacBook pro go, but I don't know what I would do for a living though. And if not for the benefits for work, then the iPad would just be a luxury, then I could whittle it down just to the iPhone.

I also have all three, and like many others, I use them daily. The iPhone is my phone/text messaging device, mainly. I do use some data on it, but small amounts daily. The iPad is more of a "luxury", I don't need it, but I do enjoy having it. I use it for Hulu and Netflix, and some apps and internet browsing. My Macbook Pro is mainly for school and work, such as papers or spreadsheets. Also need the Macbook Pro to sync all my data.

I have a Macbook pro, iPad 64GB 3g with unlimited data and an iPhone 4 with unlimited data and I couldn't do without either one.

I use my iPhone as my main device as it goes everyone I do... good for games and movies when I can't have my Ipad out.

I use my iPad for movies and surfing while traveling and at work when the boss goes home.

Macbook pro for home use.

Yup. I got an iMac, iPad, 2 iPhone 4s(wife and I) and an iPod nano.

The way I figure, you can get a 24" iMac and a 16GB iPad for the same price as a MacBook pro.

If you don't need access to everything all the time (like you could with as laptop) then that combination really works.

I have an 8GB iPod Touch, 15" Macbook Pro, iPad and 32GB iPhone 4.

My iPod Touch is my daughters "mini iPad".
- She loves my iPad, but she's 4 so she doesn't really handle it very well so I gave her my iPod since I wasn't using it and called it a Mini iPad and she loves it since it's hers. Threw a few coloring games on it, etc, and we're good.

I use my iPad for simple browsing, quick checks on things, movies, books and comics.

I use my Macbook Pro for long term browsing, any type of editing, pictures, music occasionally and all that good stuff. Oh, and obviously web work.

iPhone 4 I do just about everything on since it's mobile. Only thing I really don't do, that I do above on the others, is read books/comics on it since I prefer the iPad screen size for that.

I definitely use all 3. I'm heading on vacation this week and it's the first time I'm leaving my Macbook Pro at home. Going to take the iPad and the camera transfer kit w/ me and see how it goes.

All three (actually four.... A MBP, mini, iphone and an ipad) I use almost every one every day (except the mini gets used the least). I may hook it up to my TV and give it a little more use :) . I use the MBP for about 6-8 hrs a day, the ipad about 2-3 hrs and iphone constantly! Its SOOooo nice to just pick up the ipad and "go to town" on the internet anywhere in the house!

Its actually sad.... I've had my iphone sitting on my MBP, while im working, and just pick up my ipad, just to play fragger and words with friends. 20 min later, back on the MBP, till my iphone rings! On weekends its into the kitchen with the iPad so I can cook with the AllRecipe app, (with my iPhone in tow of course!). I LOVE THEM! ! !

I also have a PC with Vista that Im afraid to even fire up because it hasn't been run in a year, and the updates are going to take 2 hrs!.

Apple can thank Vista, because for me, THAT was the straw that broke the camels back and started me on my Apple tear (and I aint' lookin' back!!). The first Gen iphone helped too, back in 07.
