Anybody play Godfinger?

I just download GDC 2010 fingure game yesterday in my iPad. It is the awesome to play in the iPad through a mighty touch which will customize, cultivate and terrorize your world. Godfinger is exclusively made for the iPad. Very nice game.

Some Godfinger things I've learned

I've been playing Godfinger for a month. Am currently at lever 37. Here are a few things I've learned:

1. If you get stuck email the support, they DO reply quickly.
2. In order to add more buildings you need to Super Terraform. You have to wait a while for the planet to enlarge. When it does you have to move buildings closer together to create open space.
3. To move buildings hold your finger at the base of the building near the ground and let it charge up. Turn the world until you find a slot.
4. The runes are usually BAD. Before opening, move all your followers away and keep the thunder cloud close by.
5. Friends are the best way to get gold and XP. Go to their planets frequently and enchant them. Keep track of the ones that enchant you back and drop the ones that don't respond to your enchant requests or that don't enchant you.
6. A good way to get friends is go the the app store and find the reviewers that ask.
7. Once you get to a level above 20 get rid of the farm fences (10 gold) and the medieval farm (30 gold). They don't generate enough gold and require a lot of attention. The forges are great. They generate 300 gold and for some reason the followers don't get as tired.
8. The fountain is a waste. It has to be refilled a lot and takes longer to refresh workers.
9. You only get to have 15 fried planets, so choose your friends carefully.

Thanks for the info Jupiter Blue. I am currently on level 47 and I "think" that I cannot expand my planter any more. When I try to do the Super Terraform the land looks like it tries to push up but nothing actually happens. Anyone else have similar issues? I cannot get enough bldgs to reach 20 for one of the Tasks! Help!

I had this task a level 20 and yes it is very difficult. I was able to add a bunch of firepits to reach the quota. The super teraform is nothing. I had maximum planet size with the regular teraform. I haven't had goal request since level 22 or so. My last one was the Dragon Shrine upgrade and I couldn't complete it right away because I didn't have enough Awe. By level 28 though and nothing since not even a rune until level 32 which was some planet expansion and three skeletons.

My question is: I have been making classic barns as a cheap way to make super followers however when I sell the building the follower vanishes. Also I see other planets where the buildings are twice closer than I can get on my planet. So there are some frustrating things. If a building comes with a follower it shouldn't vanish when you sell it.

the app is kinda getting boring once once you've reached the max level. nothing else to do but earn money.
 
I dig Godfinger, but it keeps freezing on me

G'day,

I am hooked on Godfinger and We Rule, but they both keep freezing on me - especially G.F.

It does my head in!

Got to the stage where I can't make my planet any bigger so I can't add more buildings. A bit of a drag.

Got some new friends (hooray), but still can't make my planet bigger - even when I pump loads of mana into super terraforming!

Terraform that sucker like nobodies' business - still no space to build. Am I missing something？

Mate, I'd give this up and walk with my dog, but it's 37 degrees and 80 percent humidity in Nagoya today.

I haven't touched Godfinger in a month or so now. Ever since that "update" of theirs that made it harder to earn gold, and changed around the various pubs and stuff so they didn't hold as many people, and made it so it took a lot more mana to recharge stuff, I gave up.

I also stopped playing We Rule because I lost a whole crop of Magic Cauliflower because I got busy with work and didn't get back to it in time before it "went bad." Said screw it, I don't have time for this crap anymore.

Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
