I hate how they look like Aluminum but are actually ****** plastic. Does anyone know of a place that sells some rugged metal, aluminum type cases? Im looking for something like a Incipio Feather, but aluminum (or Superman like STEEL)

If you put a metal case on your phone, you'll have a well-protected paperweight since the signal will be severely degraded.

it's not sexy

but if you are looking for real protection the otterbox is the way to go. www.otterbox.com either that or a good pollycarbon case.

Doeskin was one of the few that I thought actually looked good. I may order the blue one. I think the case doesn't cover any of the front of the phone or the bezel, so if you dropped it face down it's still unprotected. As of now I have been using an iPod case made from silicone, best one so far for me.

yeah the main reason i want it is so that when im in the car etc. i can sit it on the console or anything i want and not worry about the back getting all scratched up. If i drop it on its face in my slider its probably not gonna protect it completely either. so im more worried about just scratches.

Just ordered from Ultra-case yesterday, and then studied there web-site:eek: I wanted to modify my order, but went round and round. Contact Us address took me to Home page. sent an E-mail. They responded quite quickly when the order was made. But trying to change the order is like trying to get a soda out of a bad machine. I Thank the big man for Pay-Pal. They(pay-pal) will change my order, and I'm happy 'bout that 'cause the refund policy is. only if damage is approved and You pay shipping. SAYs nothing 'bout returns because you change of mind.

They likely don't make it easy for you to return their products because they'd be processing returns by the BOATLOAD once people receive them in the mail. Ugh. I never did end up returning mine because I had bigger fish to fry at that point of the summer, but I dearly wish I'd never blown $40 on a couple of crappy pieces of plastic in the first place.

Galaxy one?

I'm tempted by the beguiling and beautiful cases, but I can't find any reviews anywhere.

Ultra Cases Website

Anyone had any experience with them? I'd love to hear about the service and the case quality.

I love ultra-case. I have bought over 7 unique cases from them. It takes awhile to receive because it is shipped international, but well worth it! I hope they have a line for the iPhone 4. They are one of the few places that actually cut out the true apple form in their cases.
