Anyone disliking their Space Grey 5S

I, like others, were only given the option to select Space Grey in most stores. I've had the white iPhone 4S and it became my favorite color for my iDevices. So I was devistated that they only had Space Grey. Its already past the 14 days that i could return the phone (tried to 1 day after the 14 days, the fault was on me)

Anyone else not a fan of their Space Grey.

I personally like mine. If I wanted a white one like the 5 I had I would've waited. It was a beautiful looking phone as well.
 
It's too gorgeous and distracting. One would probably do more work with plain white.
 
Nope, really like mine. Of course, I've only ever had black iPhones so grey was my only real choice.

I started buying white when it came out for the 4. I've had every model since the original.

I prefer it. Tried Space Gray this time because it's a gorgeous phone. Had it 3 days and realized that I had NOT missed the smudges over the past few years. Found a white/silver and swapped it.

I understand your disappointment, OP.

Did the same thing. I had the Space Gray for exactly 14 days and I swapped it out for a Silver one. I hated the fingerprints and scuffs that show on the black one. Plus I think the silver ring looks awesome on the white
 
Nope I like it. Also if you didn't like it why did you even get it? Makes no sense.
 
Love my space gray.

I had a white 3G that I loved but I prefer the black front to avoid a distracting, sort of "halo effect" when watching video.
 
You shouldn't have purchased...I know how tempting it must be considering that Space Grey is everywhere in abundance and the white phones are scarce with absurd ship times.

I planned to get Space Grey initially but when the final photos were released and I saw the gold in action I fell in love. Space Grey was no longer an option for me. And now I have a ship date of 11/11 for my 5s lol

But its what I want and I won't settle. Settling almost always ends badly.
 
I like it a lot.

The gray accent wrapping around the black bezel is just mesmerizing to look at. I have a dark tinted transparent case and the sandwich effect is just pure awesomeness.
 
after 1-2 years, the black still awesome, the white phones will be dull. Happens with my white ipad as well
 
I've personally liked the black iPhone in the past. 3GS white back with black front was meh. 4/4s still had back bands around the sides and something about the super thick white glass just didn't seem right. 5, white is okay but slate just looked so mean.

Now with the 5s I hate space gray. the gray color itself is ugly and i hate the contrast on the back between gray and black. On the flip-side the front is over saturated with black. Black faceplate, black home button, black bezel... just no.

I returned my space gray phone and picked up a silver. Especially with the silver bezel i just think it looks soo much more refined.
 
I got space grey last week but returned it today and bought white gold.
I always used black iPhone but this gold beast is amazing and looks much better in hand.

I have a white and I get fingerprints and smudges also. There is not a huge difference.

I got the SG too because white wasn't available. My iPhone 5 was a white one.

Well after less than a day I knew I didn't want the SG. I can't stand seeing dust around be black bezel of the phone. With the white phone you can't see all that dirt. Needless to say I returned it the next day.
 
"Devastated"? Really now?

I'm fond of the space grey, personally, but would urge you to volunteer some time in the children's cancer ward or something. A little life perspective would do you good.
