I believe what you're trying to say is that this has been a problem for as long as wristwatches have existed and no one should complain about this ever.
It has been a problem for as long as we have had watches but if one likes, they can complain. I'm ok with it but don't feel I should complain any further. :)

I'm not sure why you're laughing. You have a very odd sense of humour if you are. There is nothing funny about what i said what so ever and frankly I find your comment insulting. You obviously couldn't care less about the impracticalities of wearing coats in terms of using a watch even a mechanical one let alone a smart watch but that doesn't mean others shouldn't or that it's frivolous because it definitely isn't. In all honesty your comment just shows a lack of maturity on your part.

Goodness, man, take a deep breath.

It doesn't have anything to do with that. I've been wearing mechanical watches for as long as I can remember but they are only used to tell the time which isn't very often. A smart watch however is used for various types of functionality and far more often so wearing long sleeves especially a a coat with tight fitting sleeves like my North Face rain coat makes using it very difficult. This morning rather then using my watch to pay with ApplePay in the coffee shop I had to take my phone out of my pocket. Today was the first time I couldn't use ApplePay on my watch.

All I can really say is: Wow!

This is the picture perfect example of first world problems!

Just.Wow!

You're just as bad. My post was a legitimate one and a concern I have. Nothing wrong with that. It was Warbrain and now you making a big deal out of it in the first place. Also describing it as a first world problem is jut as silly and ridiculous. Honestly some people here really need to take stock of what they are posting and maybe actually think before they do.

Of course you'll need the iRon accessory as well.

Short of Apple performing some sort of meteorological miracle, I suggest you just find a way around it. If you had something in the other hand you'd struggle to double press the side button to open wallet anyway.

Doesn't bother me - I'm still rocking a polo shirt, working outside all day, on the Welsh border. And I'm talking old Wales, not New South Wales.

You are coming across a bit whiney and people will always pick up on that and bait you. Just lighten up. :)
