I've had one more crazy bad battery day since I posted this originally...so 3 random, very spaced out days of terrible battery life in 5 months of owning the watch, and wearing it every day. All other days, battery life has been fine. Not bad overall, but still odd!

I had the battery drain really quickly at one point and pinpointed it to the Waterlogged app that I installed; after removing it, my battery life returned to normal.
I had the same problem with The Weather Network app. Specifically the 3rd party complication included with the app.

I received my watch on April 30th...38 mm Sport Green. I pull it off the charger at 100% charge at 6:30am, strap it on, and off I go to work. On a typical day, with moderate usage, I still have 45%-ish charge left by 5pm when I get home.

However, on two separate days - one day last week, and the second time being today - the battery drain has been amazingly bad. Right now, I'm sitting here at 13% at 2:47pm, and I've barely used the watch all day. On the bad day last week, I was at around 25% by 2pm. Every other day, I'd still be in the 60%'s at this time of day.

I foresee a Genius appointment in my future, but it's not like I can replicate this in front of them. I'll start logging battery % throughout the day, I guess, and see if this kind of bad day happens again.

Anyone else have random bad battery drain days since getting their watch?
I believe this is normal on some watches. The guys at work have been complaining. I've encouraged them to be patient. Apple is good about addressing these things in due time. It just depends where it falls on their priorities list.

In the last week I've had two or three bad battery days. I've been away and it's possible my watch didn't charge properly the first time (after that first bad battery day I made sure to check it was on 100% in the morning) but no idea what the other ones were about. I've used the watch less than usual really as next to no use of the workout app. I'll see whether it happens again now I'm back home and settling back into a normal routine. I'm certainly hoping it's an anomaly rather than the start of the watch going wrong.

I've only had one, but I'm pretty sure it's because the charger wasn't seated on the watch and it didn't charge the night before. Otherwise I always have 25-50% left at end of day.
