This isn't an issue at all. Never listen to stuff by the lamestream media because they want to kill Apple. But we won't let them to do that as a proud community of consumers who love owning best of breed products that only Apple can make.

iPad Anyone else hesitating on iPad 5 due to Compass-gate?

This is the least of the potential issues with the 5G iPad using the A7 system on a chip (SoC). My concern is that the 5G iPad may experience the same blue screen of death system crashes that have plagued the iPhone 5S; hopefully, Apple would have released a new version of iOS 7.x (7.1?) to address most of these issues by the time the 5G iPad reaches retailers.
