iPhone 17 Pro Max Anyone else not getting Launch Day Delivery due to UPS?

Well, I am totally bummed.

I do this every year, and without fail my phone has always shown up on Launch Day. This year, My phone arrived into the Charlotte UPS Delivering Hub at 5:23am, but never went out for delivery.

Shows will be delivered by 7pm, BUT it was never put on the truck for delivery, Last scan was at 5:23am when it arrived.

My watch delivered by UPS today, but I was so excited for my Cosmic Orange Pro Max and at this point who knows when it will deliver :(

Apple said I have to wait until after the date passes for them to help.
 
I am in the same boat, except my iPhone was delivered today BUT my Airpods Pro 3 with custom engraving got stuck at some UPS warehouse 10pm yesterday and never went for delivery today.

Both shipped with UPS "Next Day Air" service, and those are supposed to guarantee next day delivery. In this case only the iPhone arrived, but the iPhone took a different route through UPS vs. Airpods.

The airpods went from Kentucky to "Laurel, MD, United States" and stuck there all day.

Yup. My husbands arrived, mine is delayed until Monday. No local stock to get from an Apple Store. So I will wait, no choice.
It was loaded on the truck for delivery but at 3pm EST I got a delivery delayed message.

Just got a scan now at 4:25 Eastern that says SATURDAY DELIVERY HAS BEEN REQUESTED/DELIVERY WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY

Well damn!! LOL. Lets see if they load it up in the morning.

I dare to assume that because Apple has a UPS contract and UPS did not deliver as promised, "free" Saturday delivery upgrade is part of the deal.

I had a S11 watch and 17PM arriving today but on two separate UPS deliveries. To my surprise, both arrived together at about 10am. All is good and very happy. UPS does not screw up often but they are not perfect.

Estimated delivery from UPS to my place of business today is 11:45 to 2:45. Driver shows up at 10:30 and delivers another expected package, I asked about my other package that's supposed to be delivered (the iPhone). I show him my UPS app and he looks at his handheld too and sees it should be on the truck. Driver goes back to the truck for a few minutes and returns to say he can't find it. Says he'll come back if he finds it while making other deliveries and pickups.

I'm thinking the worst (it was stolen) but hoping for the best (it's really on the truck and since it was early in his route he couldn't spend a lot of time looking for it). I hope as he whittles the deliveries down he finds it.

This is the first year I ever did not get it delivered on launch day, and I’ve done annual upgrades for years. Hopefully it does deliver tomorrow

This happens to me time to time when I’m waiting on my sneakers lol. But yeah, most likely tomorrow they’ll deliver it. They probably had a lot of package and your didn’t make it to a truck unfortunately.

AW3, APP3, 17PROMAX UPS all delivered at the same time today. It was an expensive week but I got about $1200 in trade in!
 
Mine was supposed to be delivered “between 10-12” until about 11:50 when it changed to “12-3” until about 2:50 when it changed to…you get the drift. Wild how ****ing incompetent UPS is from top to bottom.

yeah i get it and my apple store is close to the same distance but i still do it just rather not deal with UPS
 
I was away from home for 30 minutes and, of course, UPS tried to deliver. I returned to find the UPS sticky note on my front door. "Signature Required. Tried to deliver. Will try again on 9/22". Usually the email from UPS states "Signature Required" when needed but not this time. I will have to sit tight on Monday. Had the shipment notice from UPS indicated " Signature Required", I would not have left the house.

I was at work. I usually do hold for pick up but it wouldn't let me. So i missed the delivery, but it still won't let me do hold for pickup and I won't be home at all during the day during the weeks so I am not sure what I am suppose to do tbh.
 
Mine said delivery by 7pm. It was put on the truck this morning and now 5:30. Hoping it comes

ETA: Mine just arrived
