My question was, does that store give you extra benefits for being a customer for longer, that they wouldn't give someone new?

I answered you above.
Yes, I been shopping for a long time and I get many reward points for my loyalty and for money spend.
Someone who just walked in has to build up rewards over time and doesn't get anything on the day he first walks in.
Not like it's a good analogy or comparison but bottom line is I the consumer get to pick what company I want to give my money and do business with.
And if another business offers me more for less I will switch to them.
Wouldn't you?
Or you'd sit there and keep paying them more while they're offering you less value for your money?
Or continue supporting them when they decide to raise your price and change your terms? Cause that's just how they do things now with all new customers.
What would be the reason you'd stay in that grocery store and not start shopping elsewhere?

I understand. Just a quick question though. Does your grocery store that you've been shopping at for the last 10 years give you extra benefits that it wouldn't give someone who just started buying there two months ago?

Grocery store doesn't run my credit history. I prefer to pay less and to get more. I can afford to pay for both att for domestic and t-mo for roaming. But the way att behaves they can stick the network very very deep somwhere. I'm not about the money or price increase. T-mo is not perfect and more congested, but it is fine for me.
BTW there is no service in my grocery store with t-mo. No lte12 yet there.

At home we have band 12 but reception isn't any better than it was with our 6. We get 1 bar in most rooms and no service in one of the bathrooms. It's good enough for an emergency call but not a whole lot else.

I point this out because band 12 isn't necessarily the savior that a lot of people think it might be. Everywhere else has been fine though, so I'm pretty happy overall.
You should call cust care and have them ship you the new ASUS router, or even the Cell Spot LTE Booster (if your wired/wireless setup is too extensive to add the router). I've personally used both and they are phenomenal at taking 1-2 bars of LTE and spreading 4-5 throughout your home. I keep field test mode on, and without the cell spot on, the average signal in my home is -110. Although, even with a signal strength of -110, the connection is fast, VoLTE calls are clear, and speed tests are generally around 30/25. However, with the LTE booster, the average signal in my home jumped to -85...huge improvement as far as signal strength all around. I have yet to see 'No Service', but where my home is located especially, all four carriers have an average signal indoors of around -110 on LTE, and -90 on 4G (or HSPA+). B12 isn't live here yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if I could ditch the LTE booster once it does go live. I've seen indoor penetration in B12 areas increase dramatically in NYC, where LTE indoors was before either not possible or barely holding on...but flourishing as soon as you step outside. That's just been my experience so far in my home region, obviously YMMV. I know in upstate NY, as soon as you step indoors at some locations, you'll likely get stuck on E unless you utilize wifi and wifi calling. So there's room for improvement, and hopefully it's coming soon now that a majority of Cavaliers spectrum has been aquried!

I was aware of the booster but o figured it was pretty much pointless now with wifi calling and 100 megabit internet at home. VoLTE and wifi calling I've found are equally clear. Are there any other benefits to having this? If the power does go out, it goes out just like the router anyway, I would think?

Correct...so in those instances, you'll be relying directly on the network. You could always throw a UPS on your home network setup for power outages, etc. you're right though, with wifi calling and a solid connection like that, indoor coverage is now almost irrelevant unless the power goes out.

Btw, you mentioned you haven't really seen any improvement in your area since B12 deployed? Indoors?

What does a grocery store have to do with anything? Up until recently we were required to sign contracts of two years just to get service on our smartphones. Now, instead of contracts, we have lease and loan programs, which are a little better, because at least they're optional (though generally not if you're taking advantage of a sale and promo). These programs are the new two year contract; there's just more clarity on where those $100's are going to each month. There's clearer itemization.

My grocery stores are constantly competing and sending me ads. I'm not obligated to pick what I think may be my favorite for two straight years and give them my business or otherwise be penalized in some way. In short, the grocery store employs completely different marketing strategy both for expanding their customer base as well as keeping customers returning.

My area being just home, specifically. And yes, indoors unfortunately. We live in a large apartment complex in a rather wooded area of town. Virtually everywhere else in town is great. Just not home. I've only been a customer since August (had a 6 plus then) but we've always had one bar. I've never checked axtual db ratings as you've listed though.
