Anyone else think the iPhone 3GS looks better than the iPhone 4? Something about the boxy design of the iPhone 4 puts me off...ah never the less I plan on getting one. But discuss..;):apple::apple::apple:

Not me really. I can't stand the seams on the sides of the iP4 but with a nice incipio case I think the thing looks perfect. Don't really need any tweaks going forward, I like the size and form.

Nope. I'm glad I bought mine unlocked here in Canada because if the rumors hold true that the next iPhone will have a curved aluminum back I probably will stay away from it.

I really like the design of the iPhone 4, probably almost as much as the original iPhone. However, I would like a 4" screen, I think that would hit the sweet spot in size.

Not really. The 3G/3GS is also of inferior build quality. My friends and I all had 3G/3GS phones and all of our back plastic pieces cracked around the dock. In my case, my plastic pealed halfway up the back of the phone. The bezel is also very scratch prone, as is the black or white plastic backing. In all, I'd say the iPhone 4 is a 10 fold improvement in build quality - I also think its aesthetically superior, as well.

Look better? No, and not even close. Feel better in hand, I would agree with that.

Nope. I think the iPhone 4 is a much better looking phone. I always hated the curved back of the 3G/3GS.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_2_6 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8E200 Safari/6533.18.5)

The iphone4 looks way better than the 3G/3GS

Nope, feel that the iphone 3g is starting to look dated already, too curved like allot of the android phones.

At first, I wasn't a fan of the boxy look of the 4. But once I held it in my hand, I became a fan. iPhone 4 may likely be the most customizable iPhone ever because the models prior to last November are easier to unscrew. The back is easy to change. Same with manually replacing the battery. It was like Apple forgot the screws underneath and decided to force us to get battery replacements through them only. The biggest worry is the front and not the back glass. If iPhone 5 does go back to aluminum backing, it really is a step backwards like when iPhone 3G went plastic. I prefer manual control.

The iPhone 4's looks will eventually grow on you if you don't like it in the beginning. And if it doesn't, you can't please everyone. Beauty is subjective.

The 3GS has that plastic backing which scratches easily. Esp around the Apple logo while the 4's logo is underneath the glass. The chrome bezel is nice and it is more ergonomical with its shape. But aesthetics and ergonomics are two different things

The iPhone 4 is the pinnacle of iPhone design. A move from a glass sandwich would be a step backwards. I can not think of any advantage the 3G has over the 4.

looks better? no not at all...As far as in the hand feeling, yes it is about 100x better i would say. If they can make the 3gs design much thinner and a lot more sturdy then i would be all for it. i think apple is going to follow in the ipad design, i think the whole iphone 4 thing just left a bad taste in there mouth and they want it gone after all the bad press.

I personally think that the 3gs looks nicer than the 4, it's girlier looking in my opinion. But I've grown to love my 4 too.

The iPhone 4 blows the 3GS out of the water in everything including looks IMO.

I like the feel of the 3GS, but the iP4 looks very slick. I'd probably put a nice orange bumper on it though, to soften up all those hard edges:

I like the design better than the 3G/3GS, I think they went with flat edges to allow for more room for the internal parts.
