Anyone else think this week is going to seem extraordiarily long?

I'm sure that's true for everybody. But yeah I feel like it's going to be a long week too.

Original iPhone owners (myself included) had to wait 6 1/2 months from announcement to release.
Yup. Even though i do realize there are more important things in life than a phone (video games for example), I am still a technology junkie and am excited to have my new phone. Luckily I am on a technology based forum and not a problems of the world forum so I imagine I am surrounded by some like-minded people.

^^^This. I ordered a 4S and I will get it when I get it. It will be replacing my 3GS, but I understand that it is just a consumer product and I don't get all excited and giddy over them. I'll be happy to receive it and use the new features, but it won't keep me up at night like a kid on Christmas Eve.

6 1/2 months?
People like myself have waited almost 5 years for this moment.
Lol. After all this time, you'd think that I would just be relaxed about this. But I can't stop bringing up this phone. I practically have moved into the MacRumors forums this week, hahahaha.
I'm just excited about getting a white iPhone. Thank God I jumped for the black iPhone 4 though, the white model took way too long to be released.
This is going to be a painfully long week for me. It feels like it's been days already, when I only pre-ordered 31 hours ago. It doesn't help that I'm using a horrific Samsung A437 (horrific in terms of comparison to pretty much any smartphone)
No. It's a phone. If you really do feel like this, you've been well and truly taken over by Apple's subliminal messages.
Well if you count that, Ive been waiting since the first iPhone until now for the iPhone to come to Sprint. I also waited six months for the MBP I have.
I just got an email from Sprint with my tracking number.
Not really for me as I've got other more pressing things like my Sky HD Box, Onkyo surround sound receiver and Xbox 360 all dying on me within the last week.
Upgrading from my 5th EVO in the past year, 4 of the replacements weren't even my fault.
