Yes I was one of the brainwashed. Not anymore. Even though I sat up all night refreshing Apple store to get my 4S pre-order in, after saying I wouldn't buy one.
The last five days have flown by, the next four will too.
I'm still going to be reading a lot of forums and stuff. It's nice reading about everyone else's 4S plans and order status.

...People trying to act like they have lives... When we all know they will be checking their order status about 5 times a day.
Nope! I'm in no rush to get my 4S since I have my 3GS. If I didn't have an iPhone, then I'd be pretty excited.

5 times a day? Add a 0 for me and we'll be good lol. I do have a life though, it's just got enough problems that I value these anticipative (new word) moments over most of the stuff going on.

Yes. Apple sends an automated message to UPS after 5 status checks on delivery day urging the courier to speed up delivery to that customer.

I tracked my first iPad ALLLLLL the way from China! (two days before it was delivered to me). No kidding!
Actually Friday night it was in UPSs main hub and it made it all the way to my house in Fla the next day (sat) by 12:00 noon.

yeah they usually ship out of Shenzhen, then to Alaska, then down here to the Continental US
I work 7am-5:30 PM M-Th so my week flies by with nothing but work and sleep. Friday will pretty much feel like tomorrow for me.
I have class from 5:30AM to 3:00PM(time I get up until the time I get home). I could just sleep every day after i get home, but I have tons of other things to do, but i don't see them helping time go by.
Any other reps for AT&T/Sprint/Verizon looking for to launch day commissions???
AT&T rep here! Corporate store, we will have new T-shirts to wear (apple I hope) ordering pizza, and hooking up our phones to jawbones "Jambox", and making $$$. Gonna be a fun day!!! What is your store doing?
