I've noticed that since I got my iPad, I really don't use my iPhone much at home other than for the basic phone features of calling and texting. Sure, I still use it during the day to play a quick game of Doodle Jump or something if I'm out and about and need to kill a few minutes - but when I'm home, it's all iPad - all the time.

At least I don't have to charge my iPhone every single night now. Haha. Anyone else?

Absolutely - both my iPhone and MBP are getting a little rest. :D

I never had a iPhone so in my case no, but I do have the droid. Never really used that at home either. I do find I'm using my mbp less though

Yep, my iPhone may only need to be charged once every few days now.

iPhone and MacBook are both collecting dust. Well, my iPhone is acting as a 3G hotspot now and then...

The only game I play on my iPhone now is Doodle Jump. Only use it for making calls now though. MBP hasn't been used as much that's for sure. Still use my Mac Pro daily for work though obviously.

I now feel my iPhone is "iPad nano." iPhone is now used only on bus and street. Good thing is that the battery on iPhone 3GS is lasting A LOT longer than before.

Only app I've used on my iPhone since April 3rd is the weather app a couple times. I'm seriously considering dumping the iPhone and it's data plan. I already have other means of data for the iPad, so it's pretty much going to be used for phone calls, and I get more texts that phone calls it seems lol.

As to the size, the iPhone seems so small now I can't believe I actually used to surf on that thing. I think it shrunk from non use. :) :D

Trade your iPhone for a nexus. The combo is nice to see all markets. :)

I use my iPhone for pretty much just email and phone now. Though I think that's what I use my iPad for as well (minus the phone—guess that leaves me with just email)

Agreed! I don't have an iPhone but do have a Nexus One and iPad.....I feel like I'm getting the best of both worlds.

Having an open mind to own both Apple and non-Apple products is not a popular moniker to wear here. You truly are a rebel (...and I applaud you for it)!

I, too, own multiple poducts of both worlds and brave enough to say so.

Thinking of doing this when the HTC Evo shows up on Sprint. Their 3G and soon to be 4G (June) coverage here where I live is much better than ATT.

I own way more non-Apple products than Apple products (who doesn't?)

Doesn't mean I'm interested in a poor iPhone clone from a company that hasn't got the slightest idea what they are doing in the CE space.

Not really as I don't take my iPad with all the time as I do my iPhone.

Nope, never used the iPhone inside the house to begin with. Outside the house, all I carry is the iPhone and in that role it excels and I haven't changed my habits at all. What's getting a lot less use is my 17" MacBook Pro at home.

My 13" mbp hasn't been used since I got my iPad. And since I have a very nice iMac I'm thinking about selling the thing to upgrade to 3G and to pay for the new iPhone this summer :D

Yes but unfortunately my iPad screen is getting really greasy from touching the side of my face, and I can barely hear the other party. :(

Honestly I just decided to get rid of mine. I have no mission critical email etc, I'm a consultant so home a lot. No real reason to keep it with **** service and an iPad.

Yes my MacBook pro has been powered off for the past 2 days and my iPhone has been used for nothing but phone calls lately
