Anyone else besides me find the 42mm watch too small and wish it came in an even larger size? I'm not knocking the current size offerings - if they work well for you that's great! Personally, I'd like to see an even larger size, along with the larger battery that would enable...

Yes, when they release the first round edition. It'll be the perfect way to introduce a round watch. ;-)

42 is OK but I've wondered about a touvh bigger Watch. My wrists are pretty big though.

I was kind of surprised how small the 42 looked when I first opened the box but, after wearing it for nearly a monthly I'm completely happy with the size.

Actually, with all of the people that were torn between getting the 38mm and the 42mm, I think a 40mm would sell quite well.

I think I'll pass by my local apple store this evening and do some comparisons. I for one don't really care of super huge watches.

I currently have a G-Shock while waiting for my apple watch.

This is a first generation product so they needed to be quite conservative. I expect a larger version in time once the world gets used to the idea that it can be fashionable to wear a smartwatch...

This.

I just hope it doesn't take Apple too long to deliver a larger version...

I ordered the 38mm but then was concerned that I might have ordered the wrong size, so I went into the store and tried both on. 38mm is definitely the right size for me, the 42mm seemed too big.

If I were expecting to read a lot on it, then it would seem small I suppose, but as a watch, using the fitness rings, messages, etc., the size works perfectly for me.

I think I will need to show everyone this pic if they think there isn't a need for larger size Apple Watch.

I am hoping the next size variant will be at least 48/50 rather then another 4mm increment.

Hell no.

I didn't buy this Diesel watch -- I just put it on to take pics and show the world how idiotic the big watch trend really is.

Yes, I would like a larger size to be available. I've always thought the larger watches like divers watches and G-Shocks looked best. Bonus points to Apple if they can increase the functionality and duration by making it larger.

Oh what would we do without you showing the world how idiotic their fashion sense is ...?

Jony Ive stated that as soon as a customer wears a product they have the expectation of choice. He gets it. Too bad you don't.

Jony has a better fashion sense than MR's forum membership combined.

I think it's just about right, although if it was thinner it would be nice to have a bigger screen. I hope not for a while, at least for the sake of the bands I've already purchased!

I wouldn't be terribly surprised if there was a 46mm to go with the 42 and 38. Highly doubt there would be a bigger option than 46mm. Even the 46mm would most likely be the least popular selling model. I'm 6'4 and the 42mm fits me perfectly, but I have seen others with big or fat wrists (not a rip) that a 42mm would look small.

Apple probably hit the vast majority of the population with the 38/42mm. Doesn't mean they shouldn't add one more at 46mm. 50mm just seems enormous and would look too big on all but a minority of people.

I have bigger wrists and would really like a 46. Compared to many high end watches these days, that would still be mid-sized. A lot depends on the styling - some big watches look elegant and proportional, while others just look stupid big.

I remember the first time I tried the iPhone 6 Plus - I never thought I'd want a phone that ridiculously big. Now I don't know what I'd do without it. I've never felt that way about Apple Watch - I would have ordered a 46 from the start.
