Is it possible Apple is combining some payments now? I've received about half of my payments, but am missing GB, JP, AU and CA. However, I received one payment that doesn't match anything.. and is roughly GB and AU combined.

I got it too in the end; must have missed the email though.

Just had the UK report for May (if only iTunes Connect would load so I can download it) and have also had the EU report too.

You get a regional report for each region in which your app is for sale.

ok. what are the regions? do developers get to choose the regions, or is it based on if the app is localized for each region, making it appropriate for sale in that region?

The regions are explained in the iTunes Finance Report Guide, where they are known as territories as well. You don't get to pick the regions; you pick the countries you want to sell your app and that determines which regions.

thanks. is there any compelling reason why a developer would not choose to sell their apps to every country listed? i assume that developers would just select all countries?
