Ridgelines are reliable, semi-reasonable on gas, ugly as can be, not heavy duty in terms of carrying say 20 sacks of concrete and some bricks...like a 150.
They ride and handle better than actual trucks, even the Tundra (which I own), and are better for the owner who uses it as a car most of the time and light-duty run to the lumber yard, driving semi-off road, etc. once in a while.
AWD is more friendly and useful than the occasional 4WD.
You HAVE to have a back-up cameral. HAVE to! It should be federal law on all trucks, SUVs.
I like vehicles with resale value.
The Ridgeline is a great concept, could be better and will be if Honda stays with it. There has been talk of advanced diesel motors and, God, what is with the styling and that stupid sloping bed that precludes an easy way to attach racks, camper shells, etc. They were just trying too hard to give it a "rugged" look. Fail.
