I dropped my iPhone from less than 2ft this morning on a tile floor and one corner there is a small crack on the corner on the back. I have AppleCare+ which would cost me 99 + tax but I am wondering if I should have it repaired and risk the repair causing problems. I am on the Apple upgrade program so even if I don’t fix it I would still have to play the 99 fee in September when upgrading. Do they fix the back in store?

Being that you have Applecare Plus, it's much more efficient for Apple just to replace your device versus trying to repair it. It's less time-consuming and it doesn't inconvenience the customer as much either.
