Wow these are better then my $120 jaybirds and my $150 in ear beats. I wonder if the airpods will sound better
They better then jaybirds and beats. I haven't tried any earphones over $100 though so my opinion might be invalid when it comes to earphones over 200This... This thread is sarcasm, right? I honestly can't tell. I mean, Apple earpods aren't the absolute *worst* headphones on the market, but come on now.
I had then a year ago. I'm not sure but these are great.Do you have original earpods? If yes, how do the new ones sound compared to the old ones?
I personally have not noticed that much of a difference. Although, I'm waiting for the Airpods this October.
the only earphones I ever heard that comes close is boseI don't know why but they're just really comfy in my ear and that's why I've always used EarPods. I haven't used a pair of earphones that come close to the them, no matter what the sound quality is I just don't like IEM earphones.

I totally agree with you. I have earphones that cost as much as $300 and these new lightning EarPods sound truly incredible. They are the best earphones I have ever used. I think this just proves eliminating the headphone jack was the right decision on quality grounds as well as helping to advance technology. It's amazing we get them for free in the box.

They're so ugly that it seems as though Apple is testing the waters to see how little effort they can put into design and still sell the product.This... This thread is sarcasm, right? I honestly can't tell. I mean, Apple earpods aren't the absolute *worst* headphones on the market, but come on now.
Everyone technical person on the site will confirm that Bluetooth audio transfer is inferior to a wired solution, even if it's a half a percent. So to say the Bluetooth setup is better quality is just pie in the sky fanboyism at its highest. Sorry Mr D. , you may love them to bits, but they ain't no better than what came before, and to suggest they are better than 300 dollar earphones is ludicrous...I totally agree with you. I welcome the response from Mr D. , are your headphones fake, or would you admit to being the tiniest bit biased towards Apple stuff?A collegue who works in our company's film sound department has them, basically says they are below average at best for sound quality. I'd also say he's probably the be all and end all in opinions on ANY sound related device. And yes, he's a Mac nut. So I'd call bollocks on your comment there. I'd say your $300 earphones might just be, hmm, possibly... Fake?
BINGO! We have a winner!... or would you admit to being the tiniest bit biased towards Apple stuff?
