Anyone in Seattle (or the surrounding area) seen the new LTE turned on yet???

I live in Bellevue, WA and I want to know if the LTE reaches here (10 miles to the east of Seattle).

Ethan

Hey, I'm down in Fresno and we also don't have ATT LTE. Good news for you, Sactown is on the list to be switched on before the end of this year. Fresno... not on the list :(

EDIT: Sacramento shows on ATT's webpage that it was switched on 2 days ago. Do you have your phone yet to test it out?

Thanks - yes!

Surprised when I turned on my phone an LTE showed up.

Not that fast as others though 13 Mbps .

Signal is weak where I am though .

So is Sacramento's LTE on or not?

I'm downtown and I'm waiting for my phone to finish restoring from back up.

 if not

I live in fair oaks, about 10 miles from downtown Sacramento. Does anyone know if At&t's lte coverage reaches that far? If not I'll be returning my iPhone 5 AT&T and switching to Verizon.

I am currently in Rancho Cordova, CA and my co-worker's iPad 3 is picking up AT&T's LTE signal. I imagine you would be fine in Fair Oaks.

No AT&T LTE in Allentown, PA. Verizon has us covered, however. AT&T put out a press release last week that we'll have LTE by the end of year. I'm hoping for sooner rather than later.

Central New Jersey – Nothing. The only LTE is pretty much spill over from NYC. Pathetic.

I'm weighing the pro's and con's of switching to Verizon. They've got most of Central Jersey covered.

I'm near Salem Oregon. I'm not sure if there's AT&T lte anywhere in Oregon yet. Maybe Portland.

I'm getting 3-5 mbs where I use my phone the most. The phone is crazy fast compared to my iPhone 4.

I live in long island about 40 mins away from new york city which is covered in 4g lte. We have no 4g, sucks.

I'm in Westchester and in the same situation. My buddy has VZ and has LTE everywhere. The upload/download speeds are incredible. I would switch, but have a huge work discount with ATT.

Grand Rapids, MI is a no go for AT&T LTE. It's suppose to come live before the end of the year. Honestly I'm not that concerned. HSPA+ is still plenty fast and with data caps who cares

What HE said, and that's a big part of why I didn't upgrade from my 4S.

No LTE coverage in the San Fernando Valley (Los Angeles County)????

That's like 2/3's of LA! WTF????? Waste of my unlimited data.....

I'm in the LA area equivalent- AT&T LTE coverage here is pathetic! In the northern part of the City of Los Angeles, no coverage. That's nearly 2 million people just in the City alone left out.
None of the Northwestern suburbs (that's probably another 1.5 million at least), none in Ventura County, none in Santa Barbara, San Louis Obispo...the list goes on and on...
And VZ has the coverage in many of those same areas.
Unfortunately, I DO use simultaneous data and voice quite a bit, so switching is not an appealing option.

Anyone else missing out?

Lots of people. If you look at the Carrier's LTE coverage maps all of the people not within the LTE coverage area do not have LTE. In addition to that there are lots of people that are inside the coverage area that will not be able to get LTE for various reasons. So lots of people.

Yeah, it's poor form. AT&T has known LTE was the future for a long time but they relied on their own stupid version of "4G" to pacify the masses by misleading them.

The coverage around LA is only in the 'main' part of the city according to their maps. Hopefully they extend it outwards SOON because it's obviously a massive population center of unhappy AT&T LTE phone users.
