Anyone pre-order from Macmall?

Mine just got shipped tonight. I'll have it on Wednesday. You should call them and ask to have the price adjusted. They should do it since it's taken them so long to get orders out.
I had them call me earlier and verify the status one last time. MacMall still told me until August 10th-I cancelled while on the phone.
I went on craigslist and bought a Best Buy $100 gift card for $80 someone posted. I then went to Best Buy and bought the base. On the way home I sold the matched back to school deal gift card I just got for $90.
All in all I spent $1235 and I am now posting on my new MacAir

I ordered my loaded 13" on 22nd July and received my shipping notification on the 29th. I am a repeat customer of theirs and am surprised to hear peoples indignant criticism. They are a slim margin reseller of goods that Apple maintains obsessively tight control over.
For customers who put even a little thought into the implications of these (rather obvious) circumstances, there should be no surprises. I placed my order understanding that I would not be the first to receive my Air but will save a couple of hundred $s.
If you want to buy it in a shiny store, receive it first, or have more money than sense go elsewhere. What is it about this that is so difficult for people to understand?

I always order iPod Touch from them in the past, but I have just canceled my order on MBA 13" too. I called them on 7/26 before placing an order and the guy said they had about 14x back order and they will have the shipment on 8/1 for 4xx. So I placed an order right away.
This morning I chatted with the rep online and they said the shipment is 8/10. The problem is they already sent me the Parallel which its rebate has to be submitted within 20 days. What the hassle. So I asked for RMA and cancellation on my order. Will try to avoid purchasing from them next time even the price is good with 3% instant discount from Appleinsider and FW.
Notice from the time chat, it shows 12.2x PM while I'm in MST @9.2x AM so it seems the rep is not in the US???

I've had great success from MacMall. I got my base 13" 2011 MBA about a week after they came out. No problems here.
